Independence!!!

The City of San Marcos is hosting
the most exciting community independence celebration at a new location this year. This FREE event will feature live entertainment, food booths, children’s activities,childrens parade, a patriotic program and a fireworks exhibition. Summerfest will be held on the grounds of San Marcos Plaza Park, same location as Sights of Sounds
of Christmas. Rain or shine, festivities will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a variety of musical and family entertainment.



Fireworks will begin at 9:30 p.m. Musical entertainment will continue after
the fireworks display until 11:00 p.m.

Admission: FREE

Summerfest is an alcohol free event. Coolers are subject to inspection.
